§ 03 — FAQ

Questions we get about advisory & cfo.

Who actually does the advisory work?

One of the firm's partners, always. Advisory is not delegated to juniors — that is the entire point of the retainer.

Is this a fractional CFO service?

Yes, and more. We combine fractional CFO time with the compliance backbone of the wider firm, so nothing falls between the cracks.

How much does it cost?

Retainers start at £2,500/month for early-stage; typical range is £3.5–8k. Quoted after a diagnostic — never before.

Can you help with a fundraise or exit?

Yes. We regularly support seed–Series B raises and £2–40m exits, working alongside corporate finance and legal advisors.

§ 05 — Next step

Bring a partner —
into the room.

A confidential 45-minute call with a senior partner. We'll listen first, then propose a diagnostic if there's a fit.
